We are dedicated to the care of each patient. Since most of our treatments are longer than other physical therapy offices, and we only treat one patient per hour, patients having private insurance must submit payment at the time of service. We will assist you in submitting your claim for reimbursement from your insurance carrier. You are urged to call our office so that we can determine your physical therapy deductibles and benefit and possibly apply for an out-of-network insurance exception.

New Dimensions Physical Therapy is a Medicare provider. Medicare patients are not required to submit payment. We will file your Medicare claim for payment.
